Founder & Human Biomechanics Specialist

Jackie is Type 1 diabetic who discovered Functional Patterns in after years of chronic pain from competitive athletics. After working with a Functional Patterns practitioner, she became pain-free, which redirected her career and purpose.

Living with autoimmune challenges, Jackie is especially passionate about helping people who feel stuck in chronic pain or have been told they cannot heal.

Her work focuses on restoring function, supporting prenatal and postpartum clients, and helping her community move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies.

ryan connolly

Human Biomechanics Specialist

Ryan helps people move better by understanding how the body is designed to function, building strength, efficiency, and resilience that carry over into everyday life rather than just workouts.

Ryan believes pain and tension are not things to push through but signals that something needs attention. His approach focuses on restoring natural movement patterns so clients can feel confident, capable, and connected in their bodies again.

His work is about preparing the body for real life and building a sustainable, long-term relationship with movement.

She believes effective sessions combine precise execution, education, and clear communication so clients understand how their movement patterns affect how they feel and function.

Her work is grounded in treating the body as an interconnected system, helping clients create lasting physical change and a sustainable relationship with movement.

Lindsey chappell

Human Foundations Practitioner

Lindsey helps people reduce pain and build strength by applying Functional Patterns to improve movement efficiency and overall function.

After years of sports injuries and chronic pain, she used the method to rehabilitate her body and return to high-level competition without pain.

Her work is focused on helping clients move with confidence and build strength that carries over into everyday life.
